how to get started
1. Sign the Buyer's Representation Agreement

4. Schedule a physical inspection of your chosen property:
- In-person visit
- Representative visit
- Live virtual tour with our representative
5. Physical Inspection
Physical inspections of properties abroad attracts a fee.
6. Closing and payment details:
- Closing is completed within 30 days of earnest deposit.
- Payment can be spread over 3 months maximum.
7. Post-payment process:
- A deed of Title Transfer will be handed over in person or via mail upon full payment.
8. Fees and commissions:
One-time commission and management fee of 5% payable at closing.
9. Investment returns:
Annual Rent Returns: 7%
10. Optional refinancing opportunity:
Refinance your property to expand your rent portfolio to up to 4 additional units within 5 years. Refinancing of Property to increase Rent Portfolio to 4 additional units within 5 years (Optional)
